hi Heather, I am sorry your boyfriend has to go through this..but he can do it..It will take a little while to feel better. I went cold off 65mg..I was very very sick for at least 3 weeks and then it was another 6 weeks until I felt human again..Make sure he is drinking alot of water. he really doesn't need to worry about food right now..just water or fluids ...

I am glad you are commited to getting off all this stuff. i do understand what you were saying..but listen..as far as sub..the above poster is correct about the conversion. You really can't compare the 2..just like methadone. Why not take a couple mgs less of sub and take it more frequently..like coolio said..break it in half..if you need it ,it will be there...
