Tinnitus, please help me.

Please, any comments or anything at all, I need help. My symptom of tinnitus started last Sunday, Jan 6th. I'm not sure what is causing it, but I went to take a audiology test and it shows that my hearing is above normal, which it shows that my eardrum and the hair in my ear are not damaged.
