Thanks, I try to move around alot, but sitting or standing doesn't really do anything, matter of fact, nothing really helps. When I had the surgery, it didn't help at all, I didn't notice until a few months after because they had me so drugged the first few months, but If I could it all over again, i would have never had the surgery.

thanks so much for the info, NO i don't sleep well because of back pain, and also I have 2 small children that still get up at night and I have to be at least half way alert in case something is really wrong at night.
