no...only wear them 12 hours at a time tho...do not cut them up as they can affect ur heart in some cases
withdrawals and antidep.

fatigue for me lasted close to 3 months...was hardest part for me as i am a very active person..on ills i was the energizer bunny..til the end they made me yuck...it is hard to feel like a zombie and exercise helped me along with the aminos...on prozac u would need to ask ur pharmacist which ones are safe for u to take as that is a strong AD....if it doesnt l...

there is a site called benzo dot uk dot org lots of benzo info there how do u man it when u say "work"? clonidine helps with sleep and anxiety to a certain degree...it will not erase wds tho...have u talked to ur doctor?
