I think that is a good guess. It's like the opposite of taking a sleeping aid short term to establish a sleeping pattern. I, for one, cannot imagine starting the day without my cup o' joe. Izzy

That is a classic...I love it that you post it for newbies. =) My sister in law and I stole a line from Momma Mia (and mangled it) for when I am foggy or whacked out.....Do you have a boat???? Get on it. It works-basically ends the conversation-which is what we sometimes need, lol!!!
