I have never used an OPK but I have heard they can work like a HPT. So I would go get a HPT and take that. I bet you will get a BFP, but thats just my guess:-) Good luck!!

Yah, my DH wouldnt thinkit were cute, lol. I havent told him about the dream. I usually tell him about ALL my dreams, but not this. I think in a way I do want it to just happen. have you been in to see your doctor yet??? I know that with each one of my babies I started showing earlier and earlier. Alot was from bloating. Your uterus should just be starting to get above your pelvic bone. How high up can you feel it?? I guess anythings possible, so yes there is a chance of multipls. Maybe its Quads like in m y dream, lol:-)
