one has to identify the cause of the back and leg pain. Certainly epidural or other nerve block / facet joint block can be used with varying success.

You should see a neurosurgeon straight away as the disc protrusion at C6/7 could have been worsen. An updated MRI should be taken to see the severity of the protrusion.

Tramadol contains opioid which causes constipation when consumed on a regular basis. You need to change to a non-opioid painkiller such as ultracet.

A pain specialist can give a local anesthetic+ steroid injection to the neck for diagnostic or even therapeutic treatment of your neck and arm pain.
