I have a dermoid cyst on my right ovary. I go for a consultation next week. I am in so much pain today. The Dr. at the clinic I go to only gave me ibuprofen for pain, it is not working. Please can you tell me about your surgery? I am scared, I have never been through anything like this before. I have no insurance so I am going to a clinic called Matthew Walke...

I have cyst on my right ovary also. Unlike you I am in pain alomost everyday. I can't get anything but ibuprofen from the clinic I go to. There is a very slim chance that ovarian cysts are cancerous. I have never had anything like this done before and I am just a little nervous because I do not know w...

I went to the ER a few eeks ago with almost the same pain you are describing. They did an EKG, X-rays, CT scans, and a pelvic ultrasound. The Dr. foung a dermoid cyst on my right ovary. The pain I experience is usually on my left side but the dr. said it does not matter where the pain localizes. I am going next week for my consultation to discuss laparoscopy...
