Im still spotting its not every day but it comes and goes.... but the thing is i was on depo while i had sex with about 2 weeks left to get my next shot. I never get a period since ive been on depo and now im spotting > i havent went back to get my shot.... but when i was late last time i still didnt have a period. And the blood now is like a dark brown

To answer your question YES you will need a car seat. Infact the hospital wont let you leave unless you have a car seat (even if you said you were walking). So getting a car seat would be your best bet!!!
