thank you so much for your comments yess to all of the above i don't have Caffeine or Alcohol but i do smoke..... i have them all day and everyday every min ..yes I have been to a cardio doctor and he is the one who told me about this...I have been on beta blockers they are not good for me they make me pass out and as for the other med you said I have not t...

Hi, i'm 34 and i have panic attacks for about 5 years now, i just don't know what to do anymore i had so much test done and they say nothing is wrong with me. I also have palpations all the time they say it's hiccups in the heart they want me to do this thing like lazer it so it will stop doing it ablation... has anyone had this done i would like to know how...
