really really scared and frustrated

It doesn't really sound like anything. Maybe you are just feeling guilty and so everything is starting to go to your head. ( I mean that respectfully) Maybe you could just go to a clinic, other than your regular dr. and get checked out. It would probably make you feel better, just give you some piece of mind. I just had my mirena iud taken out this morning. After researching the web, I got so scared. I am 33 years old and have had it for a year. I weighed 119 when I had it put in March 8th of 07, and today when I had it removed I weighed in at 144 lbs. Keep in mind, I trained and completed a full 26.2 mile marathon in January, and go to the gym 4-5 days a week...
