m.s and spinal stenosis

I was diagnosed with M.S 1993 with mild symptoms little numbness left foof and feeling of concrete boots up to my knees. All went away till 2001.Symptoms appeared as sciatic pain and slowly difficulty in walking. In July 2007 a different neurologist discovered severe spinal stenosis. should i seek a second opinion. M.R.I results 8 months after a decompression L3/4 L4/5. Cynovial cyst on the facet joints bilateral causing spinal stenosis. Neurosurgeon disagrees with stenosis. Also M.S diagnosed in 1993. Advised to see a neurologist specialising in M.S due to unable to walk.

can heavy lifting 7 months after a lumbar laminectomy and decompression cause lumbar cynovial cysts with severe spinal stenosis?

had a laminectomy and decomp L3/4 L4/5 july 2007 for severe spinal stenosis which was missed in 2005.I visited the neurologist check up for M.S diagnosed 1990. MRI requested. results no change in lesions.there is enhanched epidural tissue around the thecal sac in keeping with post surgical scarring.There appears to be a cynovial cyst arising from L3/4 facet j...
