Thank you for your concerns. I know that I need to talk to a specialist...I didn't believe it to be a problem until I was all grown up. When i was a teenager....and in my earlier 20's...I thought it was normal. I live in a big, ritzy, pretencious city that actually has the highest rated ed count in this country. cool. that makes sense. Sub (under) lingual (languages/ translates into mouth/tongue) melatonin (a naturally occuring substance found in the brain which induces one into a sleep.) I'll take a look for it:) Artistica
