It depend...I suggest you to try inversion table which is good for bulging disc....if it's doesn't work,you should go to another doctor for second opinion.Take care! Zak Han from UK

General acupuncture doesn't work for this condition,have to deep and intensive acupuncture which can relive inflammation around nerves roots area.

From the information given I would say that you has suffered what is sometimes called a soft tissue injury to the cervical spine which can lead to tingling and tightness . The long term injury though could aggravate and bring about more symptoms from this pre-existing problem. Deep tissue massage or intensive acupuncture can help.Good luck!

maybe arthritis in the pelvis area? -----No inflammation stimulate nerves (due to disc injuries or tendon inflamed) go to see doctor.
