Hello. I would reccomend dealing with the alcohol first, as it will kill you if it progresses. Smoking might, however alcohol will. Have you ever been to AA? Hi. No worries. I've been on both sides of the equation and neither is pleasant. For practcal advice I would highly recommend Alanon in your area.
