I am Diabetic type 2 Hands and feet freeze a lot, if I eat the they get warm again. I do keep me Blood Glucose at 80-110 most of the time. IAfter complaining for almost 5+ years I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type II in 2003. I chose the South Beach Diet and lost 50lbs andI doubled up my exercising program. I can understand if I put on weight taking 3 stressful college classes and then gain the weight. I am taking one stress free class now and gained 15lbs. Kept the weight off until 2-1/2 month...

I have Diabetes Type II, Left Bundle Branch Block. I have keep my sgar level between 80-115 most of the time and sometimes it goes higher.
