Hi. I havent been on for ages,I couldnt face it. I missed my med help friends though and all the extra support. My weight is holding us back,we are waiting to start ivf and have been for the last 3 mths,I was losing it and doing well,I have 12lb to go then I will be 13st-83kilo's and we can start in january hopefully. Anyone else starting ivf at the beginning...
recurring thrush,what can i do?

does anyone else have recurring thrush? I get vaginal thrush at least every other month,i use the pessaries n cream and have tried salt baths but it doesnt always clear up completely,i eat live yoghurt n try to avoid foods n alcohol containing yeast. We have been trying to conceive for a long time n i think the thrush has something to do with it. Any advice p...

It's not a question but a bit of good news. We went for our appointment yesterday,they did my blood pressure first,then my height and weight,prior to the consultation,I was over the moon when I got on the scales I was exactly 88kilo's! I have reached my target weight :]!!!!!!! Exactly a mth ago our app was cancelled as I weighed 93kilo's and I had to reach 8...

We have an appointment for 1st ivf cosultation nxt tuesday. Our last app was cancelled because i was quite a few pounds off my weight target,last time they weighed me i was 93kilo's,i have to be 88kilo's,i have tried so hard these last few wks,weighed myself today i am around 90,so have i got 4/5lb to lose?
