i would get off of the seroquel immediately. i am no doctor but unless you are bipolar you should not be on it. it is an anti psychotic drug. i too smoked weed very heavily and that can really alter and shrink your brain. weed is very dangerous and can increase anxiety big time. zoloft is supposedly the best ssri for the depression/ anxiety combination. i hat...

Have you tried any other ssri,s? sounds like you were doing ok on the effexor but had bad side effects. the answer would be trying another ssri or and old school anti depressant like Elavil. do not assume that another ssri will have the same side effects. certainly trying another and getting some therapy is a better alternative than being dead. el_dave sai...

kcdem here to do my weekly zoloft bashing. I hate zoloft....... it caused me horrible insomnia. if an ssri is correct i think you will have very few if any side effects and gradually feel better. 20 years ago when they first came out that was the norm. for some reason now these horrid side effects are to be tolerated and it is normal to take benzos to ride ou...
