Insomnia is a classic symptom of withdrawal. Im not sure why you're fidgity, but thats probably a symptom too. I would give it a little while longer and see if it goes away, or call your doctor. Also check the health pages for the Thomas recipe, that might help you feel better.

When you taper like you are, youre still going to have symptoms. I found that the easiest way was cold turkey. Then the symptoms are there for a few days, and after that it gets better. If I were you, I would stop taking them all together, go cold turkey, and after you get past the first week youll feel much better.

Go to the er and see what they say. If you take a pain pill, chances are, it wont help much, and you'll probably start a nasty habit all over again.

Try to hang in there. Tomorrow will probably be the worst day, then you'll start feeling better. After youre clean for a while, dont go back. JUST ONE WILL GET YOU HOOKED AGAIN.
