Same symptoms with me too. I get light-headed when I laugh hard. I have experienced the ringing in my ears every now and then since I was a child. I heard on a TV commercial that it may be caused by high blood pressure. I've always been a heavy person and had borderline high blood pressure, so I figured this was probably true. I also get bloody noses...
