I agree with nate. I suffer from gad, depression and mild OCD. I count things and I get the obsessive thoughts about hurting the ppl I love. Yes I get this too. The images I see are normaly bad... like one of my kids or husband being or getting hurt. It tends to be worse when my anxiety is high. My cousin has an anxiety disorder to and she said she also gets this.

I get this too. I've had it since I started taking antidapressants now that I think about it. It started out when I was on Lexapo...got worse on Effexor. It got to the point where my feet stared to hurt and swell to. I haven't had it since I got off the Effexor. I'm now on Cymbalta and I drink a lot more water each day. Litha is the name of the summer solstice. My son was born June 21st of 1995 which happened to be the summer solstice that year. 26 is the age I was when I started using the name.
