My boyfriend has been abusing Tramadol for 3 years. He had a seizure yesterday after taking 12 50mg tablets in a 4 hour period. The doctors now have him on Dilantin, an anti-seizure medication and have scheduled an MRI & EEG. Before this episode he was taking up to 20 50mg tablets a day and is experiencing withdrawl.
