Thank you all for your support, ive now been off the pain pills for a while and im finding it really easy because i just got so sick of taking them.
Ive had some really bad news and still stayed off them so im feeling pretty proud of myself.

Today is my 2nd day of detox and im doing ok.
This is it now for me im never going back, i feel bad but great at the same time.
Its going to take alot but im never doing this again ive got to much going for me to waste it on pain killers.
My boyfriend is moving in with me this week and im so excited, hes going to help so much.x

Its gone quite and ive not wrote for a while because im ashamed to say ive not improved on my pill taking.
