Last time I had thyroid problem my memory was so bad I nearly burned down my kitchen. I use my mobile phone for all my notes now, it just keeps on making a noise until I do whatever it is I need to do- like make food for my son,etcHa Ha you have to laugh or you will go mad!!!

Bladder, womb and bowel prolapse

Have been diagnosed with all three prolapse, seeing spelialist possibly 8 - 10 weeks time. Prolapse is fully down but still inside at the moment. Having difficulty urinating, want to go when standing also having problem with bowel movements sometimes. Have also got IBS and thyrotoxicosis. Will a repair work for me or will I need something more drastic-hope...

More info on the above: the doc told me that my pituitary gland is involved this time, on my notes and blood test forms it states that I have 'thyrotoxicosis' and I am being treated with carbimazole, which are not an ideal medication for long term, can have side effects that are serious. My doctor suggested the radio active iodine but I am not sure. I would l...
