Hi, You need to go and discuss this with your Dr. It is normal to be exhausted after a baby, but you sound like you have gone beyond exhaustion and are shutting yourself away. I am not a Dr so cannot say whether or not you have PPD but I would certainly advise going and seeking a professional opinion. All the best.

You should be taking your friend to ER or to the Dr immediately for even considering this. I do not know these medications, but if you are asking because this is a considered attempt at suicide (is the friend really yourself?) then help is most definitely needed BEFORE anything else. Sorry to sound harsh but this is very important.

Hi, None of us on here can make a diagnosis, we can only offer support and advice based on our own experiences. The Drs should be doing more tests to try and establish the cause of your symptoms, if you are not getting anywhere with your current Dr then find another one. All the best.
