Not sure although I would imagine there could be leftover blood from the surgery. Best to be safe and ask your doctor.

I hope I can say something that will help you to relax. The odds are so good that it isn't uterine cancer and is more than likely due to being in your 40's (me too). I had a pretty bad week. I was away in Toronto at a trade show and then spent up to 5 hours a day driving my bosses around and visiting prospects. The bloating won't go away until the cyst is resolved or removed. Why did they give you antibiotics? Do they feel the cyst burst and are being precautionary? It is not the usual treatment. What is their plan? What size is the cyst? Are they planning surgery?
