So my gyn told me my uterus is tilted towards my back. What the heck does that mean? Can I still get pregnant? Is it going to be harder for me to get pregnant? Ladies, help help help.

I agree with all of these ladies. I have known women who gain 10-35 lbs and some that didn't look pregnant at all during their whole 9 months of pregnancy. Their babies came out just gorgeous and healthy. I'm talking 7- 9 pounds. I also knew some mothers who got huge and their babies had a low birth weight. So if the doctor says you are fine, I would listen t...

Hi. I also stopped taking the pill in Dec 2007 and I'm not preggo either. I am also starting to get back on track with my period also. I am also having pains down in my pelvic area but I took ovulation tests this month and it was right around the time I was ovulating. So it could be the same for you too. Keep me updated.

Anyone know the best position to try with a tilted uterus? I am ttc and my gyn told me I had a tilted uterus anybody with some good positions?
