It's pretty normal behavior... toddlers LOOOOOVE routines, even though it seems like they don't, they're creatures of routine. I'd say stick with her crazy long bedtime routine, but start it long enough before her actual bedtime that she'll be in bed on time. Good luck!

The problem could be because of the times of your eating. If you're having to compensate for lack of eating during the day by having a meal at night, you can easily change this. Eat a bit bigger portions during the day, have a big breakfast and a lunch and eat at dinner. Don't try and not eat because you want to lose weight. Then, you may not feel the "need" ...

Congrats on his good recovery : ) I think that in this case it's more the arthritis that is causing the pain in his legs now, as opposed to something caused by the stroke. Physiotherapy may be helpful in this situation, they do have physiotherapists that can make home visits. Nothing too demanding or exhausting, generally sitting in a chair and doing stretch...

How long has this been going on and does it get better or worse any time of year? It could be allergies, if you haven't had an allergy test done I would recommend having one done. There are simple allergens such as dust that can cause stuffy noses and with treatment it should get a little better. Another possibility could be a fungal or bacterial staph...
