I've been having the same symptomes as you for 5 months now... like you, doctors dont seem to know whats causing it. I thought i had gallstones (unusual for a petit 24 year old but my "attacks" always start in the gallblader) but Ive been tested for that and there was nothing. Also had tests done for blood sugar, diabetes, liver function, blood clot (by lung)...
