Is 118 ALT high ?

I have that same question I'm going to ask my doc @UC Davis medical center tomorrow. My AST & ALT were elevated as well. Not nearly as high as yours but still high. Hey crissy, Wow thank God you came out of your accident. I pray God will continue to heal you both inside and out. I too went on a journey for a more peaceful life, for me I actually moved out of my hometown to a small community 45 minutes from my home. I was diagnosed with crohns & colitis and I recently have come across people saying their relatives have died from crohns. I believe what they are saying and I was wondering if its normal for drs to tell you when diagnosed that you could die from crohns? Should I be looking at a time frame?
