what can i do to get rid of my suicidal thoughts

im 15 and ive had suicidal thoughts but i cant seem to get rid of them.its ruining my life and i was wondering if anyone could help me

ive been wondering does sadness really cause high blood sugar or does it lower it? its been bothering me and i just wanted to know so i can be prepared. does diabetes even cause depression?
