That is a very high dosage. I quit at about 100mg a day for 2 years give or take. It can be done. Downey

I didn't see the orginal post on this, but you are so right. Coke is easy to quit---maybe not so in the mental sense. I also did my thing with that but haven't touched it in years. downey
