I need some advise on my heart condition

I am a 49 year old white male, and so far I have had 5 heart attacks, 3 of which the doctors tell me were considered massive attacks. Sorry about the typo, my HDL has not been ABOVE 28 in the last 4 years. I had an echo done just last week, and my ejection fraction was 30.
