I'm 6 weeks and 6 days today and I just found out that Tiramisu, deli meat, sprouts, hotdogs and cookie dough are no-nos for pregnancy. Since I've been pregnant, I've been eating sandwiches made by my DH that has shredded chicken deli meat with sprouts on them and also Blimpie's Best sandwich. I had Tiramisu the other day and I've had Ben & Jerry's cookie...
Did I harm the baby?

No heartbeat found at 7w2d

Don't stress out yet. Not everyone can detect the heartbeat at 7 weeks. Go to this site misdiagnosedmiscarriage.com. You will see a lot of stories from women who thought they will miscarry cuz there was no heartbeat but found the hb later on. There was even this lady who saw her baby's hb not 'til 12 weeks. Good luck and stay positive.

Don't opt for a D&C yet. I'm had 2 m/cs myself and I never had a D&C. My doctor does not really promote it unless really necessary.
