Why do I have constant lump feeling in my throat?

I was diagnosed with goiter/multinodular thyroid a couple of years ago. I have had TSH levels check regularly and see a specialist and ENT every 6 months. I had an U/S and it showed one cyst. Then, one year later I had almost 16 cysts and one was 18 mm. I had a biopsy done on the one that was 18 mm and it was benign. I have noticed these last few weeks...
