Does my daughter have lupus?

I took me over four years of blood work to FINALLY get a Complete Diagnosis. Just like your daughter they told me ... Yes you have an auto immune disorder but we can't give it a name till all the blood results "PROVE IT" at the same time. It wasn't enough that i have a positive RA and ANA and fit into the criteria, the blood work never showed it completely...

Thank you so much. Yes she is now seeing a therapist. Ever since she told us what her day consisted of, with her compulsions, we UNDERSTAND why she is so tired after school, why she has headaches and withdrew from us. Hi, My PCP just prescribed Lexapro 10mg (for OCD), and Klonopin 0.5 (for anxiety attacks), plus she has Seroquil if she can't sleep. I have not given her ANY of these medications. I was wondering if anyone on here has a teenager with Severe OCD could tell me what they are taking. I have done my research and i think that Luvox would be the right medication...
please help with some insight into a possible diagnosis

Hi Becky, I am 33 and have felt just as you describe. I have Lupus (SLE), RA, Sjogrens, and HCV. Prior to me getting diagnosed I was a wreck too. ALl I can suggest is have your PCP check off EVERYTHING on the lab slip, CBC, ANA, RA, LIVER Panels, and don't give up till you have done everything possible.
