Quitting hydracodone.

I was taking 400 mg of Ultram and cold turkey from that was alot worse. I self medicate with hydro when I can get it because I havent been truly diagnosed (no insurance or enough $) and you cant SEE my chrnic severe pain so noone believes me. Sometimes Id rather end my life than suffer anymore.

Because it hasnt been really diagnosed or you can't SEE it, my boyfriend/fiancee doesn't really believe me. It is becoming more and more difficult to attempt to clean the house and right now Im not working because physically, its so hard.

I didnt know where to ask this - if you know, tell me and I'll repost there. I lost my job due to mental/health problems and now we can't pay the electric bill. We have 5 days left to pay it and I am looking for a charity or anything in Dallas, TX to help us this one time. Anyoen know where I can turn?

What are good things I can do to help relive my severe back pain? I have chronic back pain and have had for yrs...so far they havent found the problem but right now Im pre-menstrual and the pain is at it's worst! Do I use hot or cold packs? what else can I do?
