Last Nov. I sprained my ankle and it's been fine. However last Thursday while eating supper my right ankle started killing me and when I got up I couldn't walk on it. I had shoulder surgery last year and now have severe pain in my neck, shoulder and upper back. My MRI shows a central T3-4 disc herniation. They say that that is not causing my neck and back pain and that MRI'S donot show if you have a pinched nerve. Can anyone tell me what they know about this. Thanks!
