Hi, Your headache seems to be triggered by hypoglycemia or low blood glucose level. It also has an element of exertional headache in it. As of now it does not appear to be worrisome. I would however advise you never to exercise on an empty stomach. Make sure you eat all your meals on time and drink loads of water during the day. Thanks

Hi, The chances of raised intracranial pressure is quite less because there are other symptoms apart from headache like nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, head pressure. Lortab can cause rebound headaches if taken for prolonged periods of time. I would suggest you to discuss this with your doctor as you may need dose adjustments. Thanks
