Hi, Your headache seems to be triggered by hypoglycemia or low blood glucose level. It also has an element of exertional headache in it. As of now it does not appear to be worrisome. I would however advise you never to exercise on an empty stomach. Make sure you eat all your meals on time and drink loads of water during the day. Thanks

Hi, I would suggest you to consult your physician as early as possible. Since you have a positive history of TIA and your current symptoms are also quite suggestive of TIA as well, it will be better to get a clinical exam done. Thanks

Hi, Alcohol per se is not a migraine trigger but wine especially red wine which contains tyramine is a well known trigger for migraines. I would suggest you to completely avoid red wine.
