B6/B12 Shots

Does anyone know of any doctor's in Hawaii that does this program? B6/B12 shots are given up to 3x weekly and the dr provides appetite suppresants too. My sister-in-law has lost more than 40 lbs on this program and is still maintaining her weight loss after 8 mos. PLS HELP!!!
