This would be a good time to contact your doctor's office. I don't mean that sarcastically, I'm serious. Your symptoms are very, very severe and obviously your meds haven't been effective (yet). You also should consider getting yourself to a hospital emergency room. They can direct you to more immediate care. Going to the hospital is pretty scary...

Withdrawl from Lamictal can be rough and happens fairly quickly. It can be less than 48 hours after your last dose. Yes, you can have symptoms of mania (or the less severe hypomania) and be aware of them. But as mania moves towards psychosis this insight (ability to realistically assess your symptoms) goes away.
