I really don't know if i put this under the right topic but it's a question anyway. So I've been on the Depo shot for about a year and quit taking the shot last month...that was the last time i was schedualed for a shot. Should i be able to produce eggs and have a child soon or am i still waiting?

Ok, so my fiancee went into the military for basic training and wrote me and told me that there was some kind of red stuff on his penis. He swears up and down that he hasn't had sex with either sexes. What could it possibly be? He wants answers and so do I. He says it could just be a rash from his underwear, considering he has heat rash on his waist. Could it...
