Thank Goodness I found were I belong....my buzzing friends. I too get these buzzing feelings and have never told anyone for fear they might have me "put away". What with the mood swings and the hot flushes now the buzzing....Oh Im not alone, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Help! I have been searching everywhere for an easy natural approach to Pre Menopausal symptoms. I am coping with most, even the hot flushes, but the depression I cant beat!. I have been so bad this week I havent even gone to work. I wont answer the phone, even though I know my friends are worried, I just want to crawl away into a hole and cry. Any suggestio...
