Wow! The only thing I could suggest is going to couples therapy or something to figure out the trigger to this... but you guys do need to talk about it too....if he's doing it in his sleep and not realizing it...this might have been a childhood thing too....maybe he was scolded for doing it and not realizing it and now it's caused him to not talk about it and...

As long as your still getting action I wouldnt worry about it too much but it's quite the embarressing subject for men to talk about especially if he knows it bothers you....but keep trying to talk to him about it...good luck!

I also think you should leave the jerk....he obviously had no remorse for his actions to do this to you for 5 years!!!
