What is the most effective painkiller with the least side affect, I mean that wont knock you out if you look at the bottle. For moderate to severe pain any opinions would help.

Thank you for answering so fast, I did automatically assume every new syptom of anything is a part of my pseudotumor cerebri including the constant fatigue, we're talking wake up at 7 am ready to take a nap by 7:30 tired constantly, maybe I will go for a sleep study.

I have chronic fatigue due to my medical condition (pseudotumor cerebri), I have recently been told by a friend that she is on medication ment for adhd to treat her day time fatigue.....My question is does adhd medications actually help with constant fatigue and is it worth bringing up to my doctor?

Sounds like PTC symptoms and nothing more, to me. As a fellow ptc sufferer I can tell you I can't remember much of anything, sometimes I hear to much, sometimes not much at all.
