By the way, just an FYI - I did not have a high fever with the swine flu and that's why I thought I just had the regular flu. I think the highest it went was 99.6. I agree with April - see your doctor - I had the swine flu about a month ago and this past Monday was diagnosed with pneumonia and now on an antibiotic and starting to improve. I was not vaccinated and neither has my family been vaccinated - it is not available to everyone as of yet. And, there seems to be a shortage of supply. However, I had the flu a couple weeks back and thought I have the regular flu, but my employer would not let me return to work until I could prove I did not have the H1N1 virus. Since Abby was not getting better, hubby took her to the vet yesterday for me. The vet checked her out and she had a fever and has an upper respiratory infection. Yes, the fountain water bowls are fabulous! A lot of work to keep clean though - but worth it! My cats love it! And, I did notice they drink more when they have the fountain than without. I had a male cat with the same problem once - he almost died from it. We just followed the vets advice and gave him the special food and honestly never had a proble...
