Check the WC regulations for your area, as they differ from area to area. Most times, you need to see their Dr for 90 days before you can choose who you see. Vent all you need, that's why this forum is here. I understand how you feel, so vent away. Enjoy your little guy.

Hi, keeping in mind there are side effects of Topamax,with a period of adjustment. Some of what you describe could be a related condition. Getting several opinions, comparing them and make sure ALL related conditions are ruled out

Many with Chiari have low B P but we are all different, and it's possible to have high B P. Anxiety can be due to Chiari. Yes, high B P could cause symptoms to increase. Being out in public made me feel worse too, noise,lights, crowds all triggers.

That indicates it may be your activities and not just symptoms hanging on. Healing takes time,and this could be your bodies way of saying you are doing too much.
