Yes it is possible for you to have injured yourself and have a pinched nerve...the best advice is to see a Dr, have testing and tell them about the way your injury occurred,.....and that you have symptoms that you did not have b4. You may need PT or a manual adjustment of your spine in order for this t...

I hope so...when I had surgery I was not online for a few months..as I wanted to rest and not focus on the small print and lights...lol...I know we are all different in what we can handle....but too many times the meds can give a false sense of how we really feel...and it can catch up with us.... By rest I do not just mean sleeping...I mean refraining...

Typical meds are gabapentin (Neurontin) , Topamax, Diamox....the last 2 are helpful for pressure HA's that could be due to ICP as they help reduce fluids..... It is more im...

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum. Yes, it is possible this is Chiari....Chiari can be congenital or acquired...so if you were in a MVA or had a trauma to your head and neck this could be acquired....keeping in mind those incidents can also trigger a dormant congenital Chiari to flare with symptoms. The added rice cereal is most likely being used to help absorb ...

I understood your question but we are not Drs and even a Dr could not give you an answer to that question...anything is possible but it is best to wait and see what the Dr tells you and in the mean time try to avoid foods and bevs that could trigger a flare up if this is only a GERD issue. I also know how waiting to see a Dr adds stress, but there is...

I am sure the elevated bed will give you some benefits...and most meds can take a few weeks b4 you see any benefits...so give them time...be patient. One med I was on for something unrelated to this actually had a 2 week adjustment period ...which trust me was very difficult and I had no idea about it..until I told the Dr I wanted off the meds...and a...
