You should tell him he needs to respect your boundaries or you will not be friends with him any more. If he continues you should also tell someone before it gets out of control. Nobody has the right to touch you or make you feel uncomfortable like that. Good luck!

Dental visits suck when you have TMJ. My dentist always does my work in small sessions because he knows how painful it is to keep my mouth open for a long time. It could definitely be TMJ even at her young age. Mine started around 10 years old and it's only gotten worse with age. It's a terrible thing to have to deal with. :(
