it sounds like tendonitis. an MRI should be ordered to evaluate the soft tissue. a removable cast can be worn to help offload the foot and rest the tendons.

i recommend getting another xray or MRI to see if the bone had healed. you may have a non-union or delayed union in which the fracture is still present. also, if the fracture was displaced and not realigned, this will throw off the foot's weight bearing capabilities and cause transfer weight to other areas...causing pain. fractures should heal in 8-10 week...
