i have type 2 diabetes. I tend to get cold easier than others do. Also, there are times that I'm hotter than my hubby. I think it drives him crazy. I don't know if that helps. I also have had problems with having cold feet too. I kid you not, it can be 90 degrees out and my feet will be cold. *smiles*

My vent? It's the fact that there is so much stigma still involved with depression and other mental health issues! "Normal" people just don't get the fact that it could be them or a loved one. They just don't understand yet! I guess I'm just frustrated that people think we'll "get over it". Why is there still so much stigma?
